Gochujang-Sesame Noodles

Instructions
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cool water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, tahini, sesame oil, and 2 Tbsp. water; set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli rabe and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender.
- Add the sauce to the pan and cook until slightly thickened. Toss in the noodles and basil until well coated.
- Serve the noodles in bowls topped with sesame seeds and basil, with lime wedges on the side.
