Instructions
- Wash the beets thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Cut the beets into 4 to 6 wedges.
- Place the beets in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt over the beets.
- Cook at 375°F for 1 hour covered, then uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until almost fork tender.
- Serve the beets.
