Ingredients

The beets

  • 3-4 medium beets

The dressing

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the beets thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  2. Cut the beets into 4 to 6 wedges.
  3. Place the beets in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  4. Drizzle balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt over the beets.
  5. Cook at 375°F for 1 hour covered, then uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until almost fork tender.
  6. Serve the beets.
