Instructions
- Toast the almonds in a skillet over medium heat until golden and fragrant.
- Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crisp, then chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, red onion, dried cherries, chopped bacon, and almonds.
- In a small bowl, mix the vinaigrette ingredients together.
- Before serving, pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to coat. Add the goat cheese and mix gently.
