Sweet Asian Chili Pork Stir Fry

Toasted Sesame Rice

uncooked jasmine rice

toasted sesame oil

toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Toast sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil, add rice and sesame oil, cover, and reduce heat to low for 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat and let rice sit covered for 20 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork and stir in toasted sesame seeds.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil and cook pork in batches until caramelized.
- Remove pork and stir fry red peppers until softened.
- Add pork back to skillet with ginger and stir fry briefly.
- Stir in sweet thai chile sauce, soy sauce, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper, cooking until sauce thickens.
- Add bok choy and cook for another minute, then stir in tangerines.
- Serve stir fry over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
