Ingredients

The cauliflower

The seasoning mix

  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • ½ tsp chili pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the oil, mustard, vinegar, herbs, and seasonings in a measuring cup until well combined.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring space between florets.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes, turning once or twice, until fork tender and dark golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley and olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and serve.
