Oven Roasted Cauliflower

black pepper

smoked paprika

turmeric

onion powder
Instructions
- Add cold water and ½ teaspoon of salt to a large bowl.
- Soak the cauliflower upside down in the salt water for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Mix the seasonings in a small bowl.
- Remove the cauliflower from the water and cut it into florets.
- Rinse the florets and pat them dry.
- Coat the florets with olive oil in a bowl.
- Sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the florets and stir to coat.
- Add the remaining seasoning mixture and stir again.
- Prepare a baking sheet with tinfoil and place a wire rack on top.
- Spray the wire rack with non-stick spray.
- Spread the seasoned florets in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes until fork tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
