Raisin Spice Bread

Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add warm water gradually until a cohesive dough forms.
- Cover and let the dough rise at room temperature for two hours.
- Knead the dough lightly and shape it into a log.
- Place the dough in a greased bread pan and cover with a towel to rise until doubled in size (about 1-1.5 hours).
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Brush the top of the loaf with water and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
