Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, honey, egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into balls, about 1 scant tablespoon each, and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until browned on top and around the sides.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
