Honey Lime Shrimp

Instructions
- Whisk together honey and lime juice in a small mixing bowl to make the sauce.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and pour in the honey and lime mixture, spreading the shrimp into an even layer.
- Cook the shrimp for about 1 1/2 minutes until pink and opaque on the bottom, then flip and cook for another 1 1/2 minutes until fully cooked.
- Sprinkle with lime zest and serve warm, optionally over rice with sauce spooned over the shrimp.
