Instructions
- Slice the bananas lengthwise with the peels on and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Grill the bananas on direct heat until char marks form on both sides.
- In a grill-friendly pot, combine butter, remaining brown sugar, and rum, and place on indirect heat to caramelize.
- Remove the grilled bananas and rum sauce from the grill.
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- In a glass, layer ice cream, vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries.
- Pour the rum sauce over the layered parfait.
