Simple Healthy Coleslaw

The dressing

Instructions
- Combine the prepared purple and green cabbage, carrots, and parsley in a medium serving bowl.
- Toast the seeds in a small skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add them to the mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the slaw and toss until everything is lightly coated. Adjust lemon juice to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to marinate.
