Small-batch Chocolate Mini M&M Cookies

Instructions
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a medium bowl until fluffy.
- Whisk in egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Fold in mini M&Ms or chocolate chips.
- Cover and chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Divide the dough into 6 mounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9 to 12 minutes until the centers look set.
- Cool on the tray before enjoying.
