Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 cup all purpose or white whole wheat flour
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup 0% Stonyfield Greek yogurt

The toppings

  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
  • cups baby arugula
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and mix until combined, resulting in small crumbles.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until tacky but not sticky.
  4. Preheat the grill on high heat.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal balls and roll out into thin ovals.
  6. Oil the grill grates and place the dough on the grill.
  7. Cook each side for 1 to 1½ minutes until grill marks appear.
  8. Spread pizza sauce on each crust and top with mozzarella.
  9. Return to the grill until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  10. Top with arugula, salt, and pepper, and serve immediately.
