Grilled Pizza

The dough

0% Stonyfield Greek yogurt
The toppings

pizza sauce

fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

baby arugula

Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add yogurt and mix until combined, resulting in small crumbles.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until tacky but not sticky.
- Preheat the grill on high heat.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal balls and roll out into thin ovals.
- Oil the grill grates and place the dough on the grill.
- Cook each side for 1 to 1½ minutes until grill marks appear.
- Spread pizza sauce on each crust and top with mozzarella.
- Return to the grill until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Top with arugula, salt, and pepper, and serve immediately.
