P.F. Chang's Pepper Steak

red bell pepper, cored and sliced

green bell pepper, cored and sliced

Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the steak and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then transfer to a serving plate.
- Add onion, garlic, and both bell peppers to the skillet and stir. Cook for about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and add mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Return the steak to the skillet, stir, and simmer for 1-2 minutes before serving hot, optionally topped with sesame seeds.
