The vegetables

red bell pepper
chopped into bite size pieces

green bell pepper
chopped into bite size pieces

white portions sliced, green portion chopped into 2-inch pieces

peeled and minced fresh ginger
Instructions
- Tenderize the steak by pounding it with a meat mallet.
- Cut the steak into 1/3-inch thick strips and pat dry.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Preheat a skillet and add vegetable oil, then sear half of the steak until browned and transfer to a plate.
- Repeat the searing process with the remaining steak.
- Sauté the bell peppers in the skillet until slightly tender.
- Add green onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and cook until it thickens.
- Return the steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and serve warm.
