Instructions
- Season the sliced flank steak with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak until browned, then remove and keep warm.
- Reduce heat and stir fry the bell peppers and onions until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk together some beef broth with arrowroot powder until smooth.
- Add coconut aminos, remaining beef broth, honey, garlic, and ginger to the mixture and whisk to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables, stir, and bring to a simmer. Add the steak and cook until the sauce thickens.
