Instructions
- Slice the peppers and onions, and set aside. Thinly slice the flank steak against the grain.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Cook half of the beef for about 2 minutes without stirring, then flip and cook for another minute. Remove from the pan.
- Add another teaspoon of oil and cook the remaining beef, then remove from the pan.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan with the vegetables, soy sauce, and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the pan to heat through, then season with salt, pepper, and toasted sesame oil. Serve as is or over cauliflower rice.
