Ingredients

The main ingredients

  • 12 oz Flank steak, sliced into ¼ inch strips
  • ¾ large Red bell pepper
  • ¾ large Green bell pepper
  • ¼ small Onion, sliced

The cooking ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Light olive oil, divided
  • 1 tablespoon Gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables and steak by slicing them as needed.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add 1 teaspoon of oil.
  3. Cook half of the beef for about 2 minutes without touching it, then stir and cook for another minute before removing it from the pan.
  4. Add another teaspoon of oil and cook the remaining beef, then remove it from the pan.
  5. Add the remaining oil, vegetables, soy sauce, and water to the pan, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Return the beef to the pan to heat through, season with salt, pepper, and sesame oil, and serve.
