Farmers Market Potato & Asparagus Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Peel the asparagus into ribbons and chop the remaining bits.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or knife.
- Stretch the pizza dough to fit a pizza stone or pan and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the dough, then add three-fourths of the cheese.
- Layer the potatoes in circles on top of the cheese.
- Add the remaining cheese and half of the chives, then bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
- Remove the pizza and top with radish slices, asparagus ribbons, and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chive blossoms, and thyme.
- Return to the oven for 3 minutes to warm the toppings.
- Finish with Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper before serving.
