Maple Dijon Glazed Carrots

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix maple syrup, stone ground mustard, dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Place the carrots in a baking dish and pour half of the maple dijon mixture over them, tossing to coat.
- Bake the carrots for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven, add the remaining sauce, and garnish with diced chives and optional thyme before serving.
