Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl.
- Add the apple slices, honey, cornstarch, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and bourbon to the bowl and stir to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, pouring any liquid over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the apples are fork tender.
