Simple Shredded Chicken

The vegetables and broth

can of diced tomatoes with chilis

onion, sliced into half moons

low sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- 2. Layer the tomatoes, onions, and seasoned chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- 3. Cover with enough chicken broth to just cover the chicken.
- 4. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
- 5. Once done, remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred it with a fork.
