The wrap

soft flour tortillas

The cheese

shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into diced pieces and season with chili powder, smoked paprika, cilantro flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cook the seasoned chicken in a pan at high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a bowl and toss it with barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
- Layer the wrap by placing arugula, diced tomatoes, barbecue chicken, red onions, and cheese in the center of a tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly to form a wrap.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve.
