Ingredients

The chicken

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cilantro flakes
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 tsp adobo all-purpose seasoning

The wrap

  • 3–4 large soft flour tortillas

The vegetables

  • 3 oz baby arugula
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup red onions, diced

The cheese

  • 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into diced pieces and season with chili powder, smoked paprika, cilantro flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Cook the seasoned chicken in a pan at high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Transfer the cooked chicken to a bowl and toss it with barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Layer the wrap by placing arugula, diced tomatoes, barbecue chicken, red onions, and cheese in the center of a tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
