Easy Little Bread

The dough

For brushing

butter, melted
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water and stir in honey, then let it sit until it blooms.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flours, oats, and salt together.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures and stir well.
- Brush a loaf pan with melted butter, then pour in the dough and cover it.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake the bread for 35-40 minutes until golden.
- Optionally, broil for a moment to deepen the color, then cool the bread on a rack.
