Grilled Pear and Arugula Salad

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, cilantro, radish, cucumber, walnut oil, vinegar, and salt, then toss until well coated.
- Spread olive oil on all surfaces of the pears.
- Place the pears on the grill and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until grill marks appear, then flip and grill for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove the pears from heat and arrange them on plates, adding the salad to the center of each plate before serving.
