Instructions
- Chop the pears and set them aside with the walnuts, goat cheese, and fresh thyme.
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, shallots, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Combine the arugula, chopped pears, goat cheese, walnuts, and fresh thyme in a large bowl.
