Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, rosemary, and all spice.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together all vinaigrette ingredients.
- Thinly slice the pears and grill them until they have nice grill marks.
- Grill the shrimp until they turn pink.
- Toast the pumpkin seeds in a hot pan for about a minute.
- In a large salad bowl, layer the greens, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and shrimp with some vinaigrette.
- Gently toss and add the grilled pears and crumbled blue cheese, then drizzle the remaining vinaigrette.
