Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add half of the spinach and stir to mix with the garlic.
- Cover and cook until the spinach starts to wilt.
- Add the remaining spinach and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook until all spinach is wilted.
- Remove the lid and increase heat to high to evaporate excess liquid.
- Stir in butter until melted, then adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
