Sautéed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 5 ounces spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 wedge lemon, for squeezing
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the spinach and salt, cooking while tossing for 1 to 2 minutes until just wilted.
  4. Remove from heat and season with lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
