Instructions
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add olive oil and red pepper flakes, letting them infuse for about 1 minute while stirring.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Add fresh spinach and mix with the garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Cover and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the spinach is almost completely wilted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring to combine all ingredients.
