Ingredients

The spinach

  • 1 bag fresh spinach

The sauté

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the spinach and quickly sauté with a wooden spoon.
  4. As the spinach begins to wilt, fold it over itself to ensure all leaves get cooked.
  5. After about 2 minutes, the spinach should be properly wilted. Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve.
