Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl, then add chocolate chips.
- In a large bowl, mix coconut sugar, regular sugar, oil, and water until smooth.
- Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and stir until just combined.
- Scoop the dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Freeze the cookies for 30 minutes or chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake until edges are golden, about 14 to 17 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired and cool on a rack.
