Instructions
- Marinate the steak in a mixture of marinade ingredients for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the broiler and place the steak on a baking sheet with onion rounds around it.
- Broil the steak and onions for 4 to 6 minutes per side, checking the temperature of the steak.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
- Warm the tortillas and assemble the tacos with sliced carne asada, onions, avocado, and cilantro.
