Instructions
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the steak in a baking dish and cover it with the marinade.
- Marinate the steak in the refrigerator for 2 to 5 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and season it with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet.
- Assemble the tacos with the steak and your desired toppings.
