Instructions
- Combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, jalapeno, cumin, and cilantro in a resealable plastic bag and shake to mix.
- Add the flank steak to the bag and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and remove large pieces of jalapeno and garlic from the steak.
- Cook the steak on the grill for 5-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove the steak from the grill, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
- Assemble the tacos by dividing the cabbage among the tortillas, then topping with carne asada, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
