The meat

flank steak or skirt steak
Instructions
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour half of the marinade into a baking dish and place the steak on top, covering it with the remaining marinade.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
- Preheat a gas grill to about 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grill the steak until it reaches the desired doneness, approximately 6 to 14 minutes depending on thickness.
- Let the steak rest before slicing thinly.
