Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, garlic, pineapple juice, oregano, cumin, white pepper, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Place skirt steak in a large bowl or sealable bag, add cilantro, and mix well.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours for best flavor.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Drain the skirt steak and pat dry with paper towels, then oil the grill grate.
- Grill the skirt steak for 3-4 minutes per side until a deep brown crust forms.
- Remove from heat, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.
