Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients and stir well.
- Transfer the meat to a plastic bag or container and pour the marinade over it, marinating for at least 4 hours, preferably up to 24 hours.
- For oven cooking, adjust the top rack to 4 inches below the broiler, heat the broiler on high, and broil the meat for 4 to 6 minutes per side.
- For stovetop cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat, grease with oil, cut the meat into pieces, and cook in batches for 4 to 8 minutes per side.
- For grilling, heat the grill to medium-high and cook the meat for 4 to 8 minutes per side.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 135°F for medium-rare or 145°F for medium before serving.
