Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing all marinade ingredients in a bowl or jar.
- Place the steak in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it, coating both sides.
- Allow the steak to marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, place the steak on it and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with any remaining marinade.
- When cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice the steak into thin strips against the grain and serve.
