Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or resealable bag.
- If using a bag, seal and shake to mix; if using a bowl, stir well.
- Add up to 2 pounds of steak to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 10 hours.
- Remove the meat from the marinade and scrape off large pieces of herbs and jalapeno.
- Grill or broil the meat as desired, then slice against the grain and serve.
