Instructions
- Heat the milk and water in a saucepan until simmering.
- Reduce heat and whisk in cocoa powder, sea salt, and ginger until well combined.
- Continue heating for about 3-5 minutes until hot enough.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Rub ginger candies along the rims of serving mugs.
- Pour in the hot cocoa and add toppings like coconut cream, whipped cream, or marshmallows.
