Homemade Hot Chocolate with Ginger

Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, water, chocolate, ginger, stevia, and salt in a Vitamix.
- Purée the mixture on high speed until smooth.
- Heat the mixture in a saucepan until almost simmering.
- Pour into mugs and serve.
