Homemade Hot Chocolate with Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 ounces 85% dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla stevia
  • teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, water, chocolate, ginger, stevia, and salt in a Vitamix.
  2. Purée the mixture on high speed until smooth.
  3. Heat the mixture in a saucepan until almost simmering.
  4. Pour into mugs and serve.
