Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, bring coconut milk, water, and peppermint tea to a boil.
- 2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3. Remove from heat and take out the tea bags.
- 4. Stir in chocolate chips and honey until melted.
- 5. Pour into mugs and serve.
