Gluten-Free Cauliflower Gnocchi

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, then remove excess water.
- Blend the cauliflower until riced, then add salt and oil, and blend into a puree.
- Combine the flours and garlic powder in a bowl, then mix with the cauliflower puree.
- Knead the mixture into a soft dough and chill for 15-20 minutes.
- Roll the dough into logs and cut into gnocchi pieces.
- Create ridges on the gnocchi using a fork.
- Choose a cooking method: bake, air fry, or boil.
- After cooking, toss gnocchi with sauce and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
