Instructions
- Boil cauliflower in a large pot of water until very soft, then drain and cool.
- Squeeze out excess water from the cooled cauliflower using a dish towel.
- Mix the drained cauliflower with flour and salt to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a rope, then cut into gnocchi pieces.
- Pan-fry the gnocchi in batches with olive oil spray until golden brown.
- Combine cooked gnocchi with marinara sauce and serve with optional cheese and basil.
