Instructions
- Prepare the candied walnuts by cooking walnut halves with coconut nectar and sea salt in a skillet over medium-high heat for about four minutes, then cool on parchment paper.
- Blend lime juice, rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and Swerve until smooth to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine kale, endive, radicchio, apple, grapes, celery, and tomatoes.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
