Easy Green Bean Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onions and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the flour and garlic until thickened.
- Stir in the chicken stock and whipping cream, then add the cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese, Monterey jack cheese, salt, black pepper, allspice, and thyme. Stir until the cheese melts and lower the heat.
- Drain the green beans and add them to a large bowl, seasoning with salt.
- Pour the cheese mixture and 1 cup of crispy onions into the bowl with the green beans and mix until combined.
- Transfer all ingredients into a 13x9 casserole dish and top with the remaining crispy onions.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
