Instructions
- Mix the ground cumin, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme in a bowl.
- Generously sprinkle the spice mix over the salmon fillets and press to adhere.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, spice side down, and sear for 3 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the pan, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
