Instructions
- Combine all spices in a small bowl and mix well.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the spice mixture, pressing it into the flesh.
- Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, spice-side down, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Flip the fillets, squeeze lemon juice over them, and cook skin-side down for 2 to 3 minutes depending on thickness.
