Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the blackened seasoning spices together.
- Sprinkle the seasoning over the salmon fillets on all sides.
- Preheat a large skillet on medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Arrange the salmon fillets skin side down in the skillet and cook until edges turn pale pink.
- Flip the salmon and cook until darkened and it flakes easily with a fork.
